Plakes beach

This is the nearest beach to the cruise port of Katakolon. When you exit your cruise ship and the port, walk a short distance (200m approx.) to the left (opposite direction to the shops, houses,etc of Katakolon. The beach offers changing rooms, showers, a beach-bar, sunumbrellas and sunbeds. It is small and pebble, but the waters, allthough it is next to the port, are crystal clear.
